Most standard orders ship within 2 business days of proof approval, with a 5-business-day production SLA. Payment and proof approval are required before production. Carrier transit time is additional.
Yes, subject to our shop’s availability. Same-day shipping or pickup requires your order, payment and proof approval by 3 PM Central and carries a priority rush fee. Next-day service has a smaller rush fee. We confirm the fee and committed date in your quote.
Send your original designs with each design’s final dimensions and quantity. Tell us you need layout help in your order request. We’ll review the files and quote any design or setup work.
Include the fabric and garment details in your request. We’ll confirm the appropriate transfer and application guidance for your materials before production.
