These terms apply to orders and services provided by Ban Bland through banbland.com and our customer portal. Please review them before accepting a quote. By accepting a quote, you agree to these terms and the order details you approve. You must be legally able to enter into the order, and authorized to act for any business you represent.
Products, quantities, and quotes
We offer custom apparel, promotional hard goods, stickers, vinyl graphics, and paper printing. Tell us the quantity you need for each product category; we do not impose a general minimum order quantity. Availability, print method, materials, and feasibility are confirmed in your quote.
Submitting a project request does not charge you or start production. Your quote identifies the products, specifications, quantities, pricing, and any setup, design, shipping, rush, or tax charges. Review its expiration date and any project-specific terms before accepting. An accepted written quote controls any expressly agreed differences from these general terms, subject to applicable law.
Payment and order changes
Payment is due before production unless we agree otherwise in writing. Available online payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. An order is ready for production once payment is complete and the current proof is approved.
Contact us promptly if you need a change. Changes to artwork, products, quantities, or delivery after quote acceptance may require a revised quote, additional payment, and a new proof or timeline. We will explain additional charges before proceeding. Changes after production begins may not be possible.
Artwork and permission to print
You retain ownership of artwork you provide. You give us permission to copy, prepare, adjust for printing, and produce it as needed to fulfill your project. You confirm that you have the rights or permission to use the designs, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other content you submit. We may decline content or an order that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
For raster artwork, we recommend high-quality files at 360 DPI or higher at the final print size. Vector artwork is often best for logos; a transparent background may be appropriate for some designs. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not restore detail. You can request artwork help if you do not have a print-ready file; any design or preparation fees will be quoted.
Proof review and approval
Carefully review the current proof and order specifications, including spelling, artwork, dimensions, placement, product color, sizes, and quantities. Approving a proof authorizes us to produce that version. A revised proof requires a new approval.
Screen colors and digital mockups are previews. Actual color and appearance can vary with the material, print process, and display. Tell us before approving if you require a specific color match, physical sample, or other critical tolerance so we can confirm what is achievable and any cost.
Customer-approved spelling or design errors may require a paid reprint. Approval does not excuse a manufacturing defect or our failure to follow the approved specifications.
Production timing and rush service
Most standard orders ship or become ready for pickup within two business days. Our standard production service commitment is within five business days from proof approval, provided payment is complete. If payment arrives later, the production clock starts when both requirements are met. Any different timing for a special project will be stated in the quote before you accept it.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the shop is closed. All cutoff times are in Central Time. Shipping timelines describe when an order leaves our shop, not when a carrier delivers it.
Same-day shipping or same-day pickup may be available for an additional charge when the order, payment, and proof approval are complete by 3:00 p.m. Central on a business day. Next-business-day service may be available for a smaller rush charge. Rush service depends on our confirmation of capacity and materials; the fee and promised date will be included in your quote. A requested deadline alone does not reserve rush service.
If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. We will obtain consent to a delay where required. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion.
Shipping and local pickup
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and review it before approval. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production time. Contact us if a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or a requested reroute will be discussed with you.
Pickup is at 1296 Camber Ct, Suite 502, Hobart, WI 54115. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup notice and coordinate your pickup with us. A requested pickup date does not mean the order is ready.
Cancellations, returns, and problems
Email orders@banbland.com as soon as you need to cancel or report a problem. Before production, we will review work already completed and materials specifically committed to your order, and explain any proposed charge and available refund. We will not impose a cancellation fee that was not disclosed and agreed to.
Because products are custom made, we generally cannot accept a change-of-mind return once production has begun. This does not limit your rights for defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods, or your rights when we cannot meet a promised shipment date.
Please inspect your order when it arrives or is collected. Include your order number, a description, and photos where helpful when reporting a concern. If we made an error or the goods are defective, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement, reprint, or refund. Any rights or remedies required by applicable law remain available.
Using the customer portal
Keep access to your email account and sign-in links secure. Provide accurate information, use only accounts and files you are authorized to access, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns while continuing to address legitimate order obligations.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle customer information and artwork.
Questions and updates
Contact us first about an order concern so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. We may update these terms for future orders by posting a revised effective date; changes do not retroactively change an accepted order unless we agree with you.
